Pricing formula:

Single sided board
Total square inches x $0.45 + $50.00 = Cost in USD
Example: Two 10" x 6" board = 2 x 60 sq inches x $0.45 + $50.00 = $104.00USD

Double sided board
Total square inches x $0.60 + $75.00 = Cost in USD
Example: Two 10" x 6" board = 2 x 60 sq inches x $0.60 + $75.00 = $147.00USD

Minimum billing for basic single sided job order is $100.00U.S.

Minimum billing for basic double sided job order is $150.00U.S.

OTHER OPTIONS

Solder Mask		$45.00 for top and bottom layers with the same mask, $65.00 with different masks
Silkscreen		$60.00 for one side
		$75.00 for two sides
Please note:		solder mask layers should be swelled between 15-20 mil (by customer)

All option prices cover upto a total board area of 160 sq. inches per job order. Over 160 sq. inches, additional cost apply.

Please allow one day extra for each additional option.


DELIVERY
Files received by 8:00 a.m. Pacific Time will be processed and shipped within 4 days. (i.e. before the end of fourth business day).


SHIPPING
Express courier: Orders will be shipped directly to customer's specified address via Fedex. $30.00US min. charge for shipments upto 1/2 lb. For shipments over 1/2 lb additional costs applies.
(no customs clearance charges on PCB under N.A.F.T.A.)

Working files to be in Gerber format and viewable by GCPREVUE (Freeware can be obtained from us or from web site of GraphicCode)

Drill files in NC Drill format and all drill holes and tools size be identified (in text form)

Maximum board size 10" x 15"

CAD DATA INPUT FILE FORMAT

File formats required to manufacture PCBs :

Set all Gerber and NC Drill files in 2.4 (m.n.) format (providing Cad system allows)

(i.e. 2 digits leading the decimal and 4 digits trailing, please do not include decimal in data)

Add text on your board to identify top and bottom layer

Provide lines or corners on board to indicate borders for shearing purposes

All layers should be viewed from top layer (i.e. text on bottom layer should show up mirrored)

NC Drill file should show locations and sizes of all holes (in text form)

Tool list defining the drill bit size for each tool number (i.e. T1=X mil, T2=Y mil, T3=Z mil etc.)

Gerber file should include aperture list (i.e. indicate all lines and pads sizes)

Set minimum space/trace at 10 mil/10 mil

READ.ME file for special instructions

All files must be zipped and sent as one zip file

If you have multiple orders, please send them in separate zip files.

Indicate ( your) CAD program used for generating the data.
